Whether for small businesses or individuals, I provide the complete gamut of services for my clients - from tax preparation, business consulting, and bookkeeping (including CFO services).  I am based in Colorado, but because we fully embrace the technology advances that rose to prominence during the pandemic I am able to provide a virtual catalog of services to clients regardless of their physical location. And I serve Expats around the world - imagine a sole practitioner CPA firm in Colorado with a client in London, or Paris, or Saigon (oops - that would be Ho Chi Minh City these days). The world has evolved, and we have evolved with it!

Small Businesses

I provide Business Formation Services which includes advice on choice of Entity (Sole Proprietor, LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, or Partnership. I will help you set up the accounting systems and processes that will enable you to file your business tax returns and pay your Quarterly estimated taxes on time. I will do your monthly bookkeeping, or if you prefer to hire an in-house accountant I can provide assistance during the interviewing process to ensure that you are presented with the most qualified candidates. Individuals

I also prepare individual income tax returns for individuals who may or may not also be small business owners - clients who have rental property, investments or retirement income, or sold a home and want to avoid paying tax on the gain. Self-employed individuals will file a Schedule C for their business - anything from a small side-hustle to supplement their W2 income, to a full blown sole proprietor or LLC who operates a sophisticated "company" - from landscapers, construction contractors, real estate agents, rideshare businesses (think full-time Uber or Lyft drivers) - the list goes on. From simple to ultra-complex, I will give you the tax advice you need - sometimes including the hard conversations needed to keep you out of trouble - to prepare your returns accurately and on time, and you can review and sign everything from the convenience of your home.

Tax Notices/Resolution

Fear. Uncertainty. Doubt. Anger. All of these emotions come into play when you go to your mailbox and see a letter from the IRS or your State equivalent.
